2. What data we collect
Through the enquiry form, we collect only the data you enter:
- name;
- company (optional);
- phone number and/or email address — at least one way to contact you;
- selected service, facility type and town/city or site location;
- description of the work required;
- the website page from which the enquiry was submitted, and the date and time of submission.
We do not require registration or collect special categories of personal data. Please do not include such data in your description.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to respond to your enquiry, clarify the scope, arrange a site survey and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or, when the enquiry is made on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
We do not use the data for marketing communications or sell it.
4. Where data is stored and who has access
Enquiries are stored in a secure database hosted by the website's hosting provider. Public access is prohibited; access is restricted to authorised personnel from „ВАНГАРД СМАРТ“ ЕООД and the technical providers maintaining the website, to the extent necessary for its operation.
