VANGARD GROUP installs and refurbishes electrical systems for residential, office, retail and industrial properties — from power supplies and distribution boards to lighting, sockets and protective solutions, coordinated with the building's low-current systems.
The electrical installation is the foundation on which all other building systems operate. That is why we approach it as infrastructure: we trace where the power supply comes from, how it is distributed to floors and rooms, what loads are expected and where electrical equipment will be located. A well-planned installation is easier to maintain, expand and operate safely.
We work on both new properties and the refurbishment of existing installations — for example, when rooms are repurposed, offices are expanded, retail spaces are renovated or outdated distribution boards and circuits are replaced. For refurbishment projects, we first assess the condition of the existing installation and recommend what can reasonably be retained and what should be replaced.
As we also install low-current systems — video surveillance, access control, fire alarms and structured cabling — we can plan electrical and low-current cable routes together. This avoids conflicts between cables, repeated wall chasing and uncoordinated power supplies for technical equipment.
Measurements, test reports and documentation are determined by the design and the agreed scope. We clarify the specific requirements at the quotation stage so that the deliverables are clear from the outset.

- Power Supplies and Power Circuits. Supply circuits from the main distribution board to floor and local distribution boards, and circuits for power equipment and technical systems.
- Cable Routes. Cable trays, trunking and conduit routes arranged to allow future access and expansion.
- Distribution Boards. Installation and connection of main, floor and local distribution boards with appropriate devices in accordance with the design.
- Switches, Sockets and Lighting. Installation of general, task and decorative lighting, socket outlets and lighting controls.
- Protective Solutions. Protective devices, earthing and equipotential bonding within the project scope.
- Coordination with Low-Current Systems. Power supplies for cameras, access control systems, communications cabinets and fire alarm control panels.
